Fabrication
HyVal Industries, Incorporated assembles hoses and cylinders at our facility or on site. Our versatile Crimp Master assembles caterpillar hoses up to 2" and from 100R1 to 10013. We also have machines for tube bending, tube ferrule setting, and tube flaring, as well as cylinder honing, lapping, welding, and sawing.
Machine Shop
Our complete machine shop boasts a host of high-tech and complex machines for multiple applications. We have a CNC milling machine for intricate processes, as well as conventional milling machines for simpler jobs. Our range of lathes manufacture and repair a variety of parts, such as cylinder rods, tubes, pins, bushings, and bolts. As well, we have a highly functional radial arm drill press for all drill tasks and a manual surface grinder that does ground finishes on flange, valve mating, and seal surfaces.
Pump Testing
We keep your hydraulic pumps, motors, and valves working smoothly with our state-of-the-art testing equipment. We offer test stands for various environments, operations, and processes.
