HyVal Industries maintains compliance with NAVSEA 009-04, ISO 9001:2015 and ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q10012-2003. To help ensure compliance with these standards HyVal has an extensive Quality Management System which is audited every year internally, and every 24 months by an outside party.
What this means is that HyVal has policies and procedures in place to ensure that our customers get the highest quality of service available in the industry. Our employees are trained on a weekly basis to keep them up to date on all policies and procedures.
All HyVal policies and procedures are reviewed by the management team on an annual basis to ensure they are accurate and current according to the most recent standards and technologies.
All of HyVal Industries calibrated equipment for measuring has been calibrated by an ISO 17025 Accredited laboratory or by an approved local procedure that meets ISO-10012-1/ ANSI Z540. All instruments are incorporated into HyVal Industries calibration recall system and are recalibrated at intervals determined by ISO 17025 and the instruments calibration history.
HyVal purchases all major components for government and commercial applications direct from the OEM or an OEM authorized distributor unless specifically asked to do otherwise by the customer.
Beware of others that claim to be manufacturing parts that meet or exceed the OEM specifications. Unless they are an authorized manufacturer for the OEM they won’t have the proper or up to date engineering drawings; use the correct raw material or meet the quality standards of the OEM. Bogus aftermarket parts can cause tens of thousands of dollars in damage to your valuable equipment and may cause you to have to perform an expensive hot oil flush on your entire system.
